SLATE provides software that allows participating businesses ("Merchants") to sell prepaid credits, passes, and memberships to their customers. Customers may purchase passes online and redeem them in person using a QR code or digital pass.

By using SLATE, you agree that the underlying services (classes, sessions, or visits) are provided by the Merchant, not SLATE. SLATE facilitates payment and tracking but does not operate the locations or provide the services being purchased.

Refunds are handled by the Merchant in accordance with their policies. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact the Merchant first and then [email protected] if you need additional help.

You agree not to misuse the SLATE platform, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or access accounts that do not belong to you.
